When I first got it. It was perfect. Cameras moved. Caught every motion during the 30 day trial. But after the trial I paid for the plan 3 times and none of these features worked. I reached out to the help center and never gotten any response. My money is and has been taken from my account and the Cameras stop doing all it was doing during the trail. I'm highly upset that no one will response. I have the screenshots to prove it.

it is a great device that alouds/ makes it easy to monitor my elder parents without having to stand up every so often. Just look at the screen when the camera detects motion and sends you an alert.

very useful with young kids and elders. video and audio are very clear, and the response time is instant. the cool part i like is when the kids call while home with grandparents, both myself and my wife phone ring at the same time. It's whomever answers first. Hopefully, they will add a video merging update at some point.
