I subscribed to this for one month and have tried email multiple times which has been ignored and I keep getting charged monthly despite I have tried to cancel this multiple times. I cannot find any contact information at all for this.

No support. App no longer functions properly. Can no longer configure their cameras for onvif. Their company website no longer exists. I would avoid their cameras or at least research first. There is no longer any way to enable onvif for streaming and nvr.

used to be great. as soon as it switched to blusmart it turned to trash. I can never connect to the cameras at home anymore unless I'm on the same WiFi
