Ratings and reviews

Dear BLOOM Developer Team: The app frequently freezes up, not allowing it to load from the start, or to complete a lesson. I don't have this problem with any of the dozens of other apps that I use on my phone daily. Bloom is the only app that gives me this problem. Please read the other reviews here that report this same issue, and fix it, asap.

The app is confusing when you cancel your subscription. The app customer service refuses to give a full refund when you did not use their learning modules. I do not recommend it. It's not worth it. when signing up, they say it is 5 dollars monthly, but I was charged 60 dollars. They refused to fully return, claiming I completed a module. Customer Service wants to give a partial refund of 45 dollars.

Honestly, I was skeptical about Bloom. But after just an hour of going through as many lessons as I can, I feel confident I'll be able to better understand the market better. The lessons are engaging and easy to comprehend, and the video game factor holds my attention and motivates me to learn more for better rewards! Give it a shot if you wanna learn while having fun! 😁
