I have used this app only a few times but their services are actually quite good. Convenience is one of the biggest advantages of this app. There was a time I was looking for someone to get my fridge repaired and for some reason no one from the main service center was able to come. I kept asking people for references of good service technicians but either they didn't turn up or quoted a price that was too high. An ad of Jd's was shown in theater and that's when it struck me that maybe I could find a technician through the app. And I did, really quickly and he didn't even charge me a ridiculous fee.

Just dial has helped people in numerous ways for the past years and now with the lite app I am happier than before as it offers so much and does not take up any space at all on your phone. Unlike other apps, this is hassle free and easy to use. It's social feature is really good as you always know what is trending and also read different articles. They have done an amazing job by introducing this. I would highly recommend everyone to download this app and see how much convenience it brings.

still they have not improved. same old just dial with lot of issues. I was contacted to upgrade my listing. but the contract given and contract explained are completely different. I have sent an email asking for resolution, but no one contacts us yet. I think the Customer Care team is the worst team in the world. you may need to end up speaking to 10 executives and every time call is transferred you need explain from the beginning.
