unprofessional & very disappointing My clinic was registered on Justdial without my consent, and the address shown is completely wrong, misleading patients. I raised multiple complaints and spoke to several customer care executives, but there was no proper resolution. Each time I received different responses, and some agents were rude and unhelpful. Instead of correcting or removing an unauthorized and incorrect listing, I was repeatedly pushed to take a paid service, which is unacceptable.

Extremely poor customer support... Even the leads aren't of the quality I expected. I won't say it's their fault.. it's all mine 😡 I trusted them after watching their ads and thought it cannot be a marketing gimmick.... I have been waiting for their support team to respond to my callback request as their customer support team only focuses on scheduling a callback from the concerned team.
