Very Poor Service & No Customer Support Response I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Justdial. Despite multiple attempts to contact their team regarding my complaint, there has been no proper response. Their customer support is highly unprofessional and completely unresponsive. After taking payment and activating services, they stop responding when customers face issues. Very disappointing experience.

Worst experience with the Justdial app. Sales team made false promises and pushed me to buy a paid package. From day one I faced losses and received very low-quality and irrelevant leads. After payment, the sales executive stopped answering calls and messages. After-sales service is the worst. I closed the service within one month, yet they keep calling to restart without resolving complaints. Waste of money and time. Not recommended.

very bad experience. I took their subscription for our in manjeri "Toymall". when I request for deactivate they are playing around not accepting my request even though I am their previous customer. when call them, themselves hang up the call. very very bad experience don't take their subscription. They are not providing value for their customer itself. very bad 😞😞😞😡😡
