Last month, I subscribed to a paid business service. In June, I paid over 9000 for a three-month advance subscription, which immediately covered July and two additional months.However, the next payment was due on the 2nd and 3rd day, which I was never informed about. This payment was over 5000, plus a bank charge of 1080Still, there are no proper leads, and the leads provided are irrelevant and from nearby states. I listed my business on Justdial, but unfortunately the response was zero. Instead, I kept receiving calls from different numbers every day asking me to purchase their paid packages. After a few days, I even received calls that appeared to be from potential customers, but none of them actually visited. Most of these numbers were also showing as spam on Truecaller. Another issue I faced was that my KYC remained pending, and it seemed to move forward only when I was being offere

I had a very disappointing experience with Justdial. They activated my business package without any delay, but when I requested to discontinue the service, they made the cancellation process unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution. The service is prompt while selling the package but extremely poor when customers want to cancel. I would not recommend their services based on my experience. Worst Experience
