The app is bugged. I have the premium account, so I have multiple test centres listed. Today and yesterday, I had a notification for a cancellation test, so I clicked it and it was gone already. I thought maybe someone had just booked it before me, but when I open the app, there were so many cancellations listed, even after refreshing the app, but nowhere to be found when trying to book the test on the DVSA website!

It's okay but it isn't as "real time" as it claims with most of the cancellations being taken before you have a chance to re-book. Just for clarity, it's not minutes or hours we're talking about, its seconds after being notified you get an error message indicating its gone. Fairly frustrating as I don't have time to be on the app waiting for another date and for the cost, the developers need to react to the DVLAs system changes and be ahead of the game a little more.

Any time you click a cancellation that pops up for some reason you are met with the error 15 notification all the time. I was then told by the support team that even after paying premium they can't guarantee that you'll get the notificiation for a cancellation so they only send it some on each round. If I knew that was the case i wouldn't of paid for premium to 'Maybe' get notified. Really really bad, requesting a refund.
