The notifications for when a space frees up seems to be either broke or severely delayed. Tried this multiple times on different days to get notified when a parking space becomes available, each and every time I get a notification and immediately log in there is no spot. Could be someone beat me to it, but not each and every time. Notifications are either false, or delayed.

Doesn't work half the time. It's a huge pain in the butt, solving a problem that doesn't exist. I wish my apartment never switched to it. A beeper to get into the garage worked just fine. Don't even get me started on visitor parking, you need to go to a website and enter a ton of information each time you have a visitor come and it doesn't save the info. Infuriating system that shouldn't exist at all and creates more problems then it solves.

Would be helpful if the app that is the only way to pay actually WORKED instead of repeatedly throwing network errors despite every other app on my device being fine with the network. Also, the app says there's a code you can put in on the same signs as the QR code if that's not working. Is it perhaps painted in invisible paint? Wish companies would just maintain a payment machine instead of foisting apps on everyone.
