Does not work well for the H2Wise+ device. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. App crashes constantly. Notifications are delayed. Have to close the app several times before it "works" again. It shuts off the water out of the blue, with no prior notification. The notifications come through after opening the app. I would not recommend this product or the app. It looks like Kohler has given up on improving. Should have bought the Phyn Plus.

This app is horrible. It simply does not work. It disconnects itself from Alexa and works maybe 10% of the time. The phone app works fine but seriously who wants to take out their phone and use an app to fill a glass of water? The whole point of the purchase was the voice command - and it doesn't work. Additionally, it needs to be able to dispense in more varied quantities 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 2/3 cup...3 1/2 cups etc. This product is not helpful for cooking even when it does work.

this is just the most awful piece garbage that has been ever programmed. And I should know that because I did my undergraduate in computer science and engineering. Don't dare buy this product or any cooler that has any Wi-Fi in it. I have had no less than 8 calls directly to Kohler and all have been completely in vain. sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn't. Right now I'm looking at the Kohler connect and it completely lost my home Wi-Fi. It totally disappeared. GARBAGE. TOTAL WASTE
