Dear Nagad, I have recently opened my Nagad Merchant account, and it has made business transactions much easier for me — I sincerely thank you for that. However, I would like to share a concern. As a merchant, when I perform cash-out or bank transfers, the charge is the same as it is for personal accounts. Your app is much more user friendly than other mobile banking apps, but I think you need to bring updates in some places, first of all you don't have contact access when Cash in from your Uddokta app. Secondly, it is very important to find the transaction by searching the number or transaction ID from the transaction. Thirdly, not all mobile operators are available for customer registration.
