I had an urgent payment to make, and this app completely let me down. It kept loading endlessly, causing unnecessary stress and delay. My internet connection was perfectly fine — I even checked the speed to confirm. Clearly, the issue was with the app itself. It's extremely frustrating that it failed to work when I needed it the most. Very disappointing experience.

Esewa used to be a really good and trusted app before but now it’s full of problems. Transactions don’t go smoothly anymore and every time I try to make a payment some kind of error pops up. I even registered my problem with Esewa customer care but nothing ever gets fixed even after months. Honestly I’ve lost my trust in Esewa and I even feel scared to buy anything online now thinking the payment might fail or get stuck.

eSewa used to be a reliable and trustworthy app, but lately it has become very problematic. Transactions no longer go through smoothly, and almost every time I try to make a payment, some kind of error appears. I even reported these issues to eSewa’s customer support, but nothing has been resolved—even after months. At this point, I’ve lost confidence in eSewa and feel hesitant to make online purchases, constantly worrying that payments might fail or get stuck.
