Ratings and reviews

I've used this app for a few years now, and I've had some problems with it. First off, all your points will disappear if you haven't used it for 30 days. Second, whenever you get a text, the lock screen stays on and never turns off, which drains your battery. Third, there's no way to stop this app from using mobile data when roaming. It used nearly 2 GIGABYTES of mobile data, and I don't have unlimited data.

I just had to clear the data from the app and re-login to get my account to pop back up after this last update. Let me tell you, that was stressful! Otherwise, though, I think this app is very good for getting gift cards, and it's rarely ever intrusive. I will say once in a rare while I have to force stop the app to get short audio clips to stop playing from it, but generally within maybe 3 days I won't have to worry about it happening again for a long while.

I was also having the 'phone configuration' error, but it looks like it was fixed with this most recent update so far. I like this app...I rack up the daily points, and then cash them out easily. Update 7/17/2025 - For some reason, the earning from charging and the lock screen has frozen, and I'm also unable to redeem any rewards as all I get is an 'Uncategorized' message and nothing else; no gift card options load.
