I upgraded to Pixel 9Pro. I was unable to receive the authorization code via SMS. The message that arrived NEVER had the required code. Despite several calls to Italy and speaking to IT and sending them a "screenshot", I was never able to get any help. They do not send a secure email or telephone call(unlike multiple other international banks). 2 wks later I solved the issue with my old phone getting a dynamic logo and capturing it with the new one. NO HELP FROM THEM , and I pay 10 EU/Month!

Every time I use this app, I want to puke. If I use it on the phone, it's slow and goofy. But the best part is when you use the app to authorise payments on your PC: the push notice on the phone opens the app itself, instead of getting you to the "authorise" screen. So you have to close everything and restart until you get lucky. Sometimes, while you are entering a payment on your PC, the app will tell you, when you are authorising, that there is another open session! Of course there is! Awful!

Extremeley slow. Lack of functions. 2 stars because this app exists at all. Upd. 30.12.2023. Still EXTREMELY slow. "Attendere prego" and animation are the main pages of this app. Update 02.09.2024. Still EXTREMELY slow and doesn't work periodically. Is it so difficult to hire normal programmers to create a fast and working app?? 15.10.2024. Extremely slow, takes 2 minutes to start and 5 minutes to authenticate me. It's a shame!

What's new

With the latest version of the app, we have revamped the BANCOMAT Pay® functionality and introduced new ways to manage credentials in the app, such as facial recognition. We have included the possibility to view documents related to delegated accounts in the Archive section and revised the look and feel of the Product Catalog.
