Here's what you can do with isybank:
- Sign up in just a few steps, choose the plan that's best for you: isyLight, isySmart, or isyPrime. Log in to the app and you'll instantly have an active account.
- Manage your account and cards. Keep track of your spending with the Expense Analysis feature.
- Top up your account, pay your car tax, send bank transfers, and make many other payments. All in just a few taps.
- With your digital card, now available in the app, you can pay online and in-store directly from your smartphone. If you like, you can also request a physical card made of recycled material, customizable to your style.
- Manage your cards by setting limits or geo-control. In case of emergency, you can easily block or suspend them.
- If you need it, you can count on personalized assistance from our digital branch team;
- Exchange money with contacts in your address book in real time and pay at stores affiliated with BANCOMAT Pay®;
- With Cardless Withdrawal, you can withdraw cash at all enabled ATMs of the Italian banks of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, directly from the app without using your card;
- Request and receive an instant advance on your salary or pension, up to 15 days before the credit date.
App services are available within the limits and under the conditions set forth in the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's My Key contract.

there is always technical problem in app due to which i can't open it.. specially in early morning and i am not able to open chat section for months now and it always been difficult to make a call on there number

Still some bugs to fix, even when you close it you need to reapet 2/3 time to get out

Half of the time the app doesn't open. Now you may say that this depends on my phone, or on a bad Internet connection. But that's not the case, I have another bank app and it always opens immediately. Very bad app, it causes a lot of irritation.
