Very frustrated. I bought this because my therapist uses one on me and it really helped. Could not get the first one to work had to call Amazon they helped me. I used it for 2 weeks which really helped, then it stopped working. Amazon refunded my money and then had me order a second one which I did and I could not get it to work from day one. Have no idea how it earned four stars on Amazon, every review I read only gives it one star and complains about it not working. Very disappointed!

What happened to the original app which had around 6 choices of treatment. Found the app was gone from my phone mysteriously. Went to download the same app and found it hard to connect, only one selection of treatment....could you please put the first/older app back online. It was sooooo much better.

I had this device 1-2 years ago & it was great but I lost it. I just bought a new one recently & am VERY FRUSTRATED! with the dang App not working correctly! I didn't have this problem last time & I like the device but am beginning to consider tossing it!
