Caregivers can connect and log in to their workplace with the ALMA app. Once logged in, they can browse active alarms and see accepted alarms. New alarms are displayed as a notification on the phone with the option to accept or reject the alarm. Presence and ready indication is easy to perform from the app but also to request assistance.
With near field communication (NFC) support in the app, caregivers can perform presence and ready indication, unlock doors, etc. against an NFC tag.
