I like the idea of being able to submit claims online. However, I'd like to be able to upload files and not just an image. This has required me to do all sorts of tricks with my phone and printer. Takes me way too long to get an image from a file to load in the app. Screenshot images don't show up when moved to the cameras directory on Android. Very annoyed if I have to download another app to downsize my images, not trying to go there, but simple submissions have turned to a 1-2 hour job

This app needs major work, it's very basic but even basic functions like uploading a document don't work correctly. I saved a pdf on my phone to the downloads folder, when I go to the app and try to upload the document I only have the options of my camera roll, use my camera now, or a receipt repository. You can't upload documents from storage to the receipt repo either. I had to use the website to upload my pdf receipt.

The app doesn't always work. Earlier this month it let me use a PDF to submit a receipt but today I can't even use a picture without using the camera to take it. So if you use the app I hope you have a printer otherwise it likely won't work.
