If I could give a zero I would. Merchant's are scammers. First time I didn't receive an item living social refunded straight away. Second item I didn't receive (purchased a year later) the process was very hard. Make sure you pay through PayPal who can escalate the issue and you get your money back quicker. Will delete this app when I get my refund

Not bad so far, I've only ordered once but the items arrived on time and as described, I'm going to put another small order in just to see if we have a 100% rating .only one thing I found frustrating was the redeeming process, it's a little confusing and laborious, but I suppose it's just because it's not as simple as click and collect. It's worth a try as it's got some awesome deals but from other customer reviews it may be a bit touch and go so don't put all your dolla in.

Though some good deals can be found, you have to be careful with the physical item vouchers as they can be hit and miss quality/sellers. Other annoying things include searching a location to be suggested and ffersfor cities over a hundred and fifty miles away, and also that every single food related offer is for a minimum of two people, which is annoying for lone travellers trying to find places they can get vouchers for to make their trips cheaper
