I got zone true wireless earbuds for the single reason that they purport to seamlessly switch between PC and smartphone. This just doesn't work. I have had issue after issue keeping these connected to my phone. Even when they are connected, if I am on a PC call, and a smartphone notification comes in, I multiple seconds..lose the connection with the audio on my PC. Disconnecting, unpair, re-pair. This is another Logitech product that doesn't work as advertised.

I'm using the app with Zone True Wireless earbuds. I'm having the same problem that others have reported with other devices, and I get stuck on the screen that sends me to phone settings to reconnect the earbuds even though they're already connected. The only fix I've found is to have the phone forget the earbuds, and start over again. Another problem is the firmware update doesn't work. It goes through the motions and reboots the earbuds, but it still has the same old version when it's done.

App will not move past the screen, "Let's Connect!" The headset itself is connected to Bluetooth and functional but this app is trash. Edit: The issue is resolved so I've adjusted my review. I'm still only going with four stars for two reasons. First, more testing should be done before apps are pushed out. Secondly, I did log a case and after the first response from an actual person and my reply, I never heard again that a fix was in the works. Pretty bad example of technical support.
