Ratings and reviews

App works well overall. Most recent update force location data to be on to use the app at all. Big downside for those of us looking to keep this info private where not necessary to share. Before the update, the app worked just fine without sharing location. Now the developers have programmed a pop up with a message making it sound like you need to have location on for the app to function properly. No new features that need location. Just a refreshed look.

I love the sound of these speakers. And my friends who hear them are impressed. That's until one of the speakers disconnects when in Party Up mode, and then it's just embarrassing. I have to keep reconnecting. It will stay connected for about 4 to 5 minutes, then disconnect again. Occasionally it will eventually hold, but it's frustrating getting to that point. I'm assuming that maybe this isn't a priority for Logitech? You know, the idea of providing a quality product?

The UI is a little cumbersome but the app does work fairly well. I use this just about every day. I own two UE BOOM 2 speakers. I use this app to pair them together. Connecting them together is a little slow. Turning off a speaker is somewhat slow. But I don't mind the hassles because it's good enough. I've never had problems with disconnecting or sound control issues. Other systems might be more convenient but at a higher cost.
