Updated review; The app was doing better with the update and would even tell us what the person sent in case we missed the color on the lamp itself. However, now I don't even see the lamp light up or receive notifications unless I open the app itself to send my own color. Once I open the app I get notices that I've received a color but they could be colors that were sent hours earlier, or if they were recent, the lamp itself doesn't always light up. We have tested this, and updated firmware

Nice app layout. Easy to use features. Wish it connected to the lamps better. Have to be close to your WiFi router & make sure you have the correct settings. With a little help you might get lucky & get them working. Need them to give me my gift cards I earned through brand ambassador. They stopped working with them & even after asking for my earned gift cards to use them, then never replied to a single message. Not even a direct message through email or social media.

Really a flawed device. Can't tell you the number of times I'm being asked by family on this, Christmas Day, "did you get it". From unable to connect to we've found 0 devices, etc, etc. This was a great idea that has unfortunately in practice, been a failure. No need for anyone to have so much frustration connecting this thing, especially today. White flag waved, I give!
