Trying to use with IG but the app keeps making me connect through FB. Which is fine, but then it asks me to switch accounts to continue and when I click the "connect" button it takes me to a new screen saying I've previously logged in with FB and makes me hit a "continue as me" button. I do, and then it repeats this same screen a second time. So I click "connect as me" again. And then it routes me to a blank page. Every. Stinking. Time. Too bad. Looks like a great app.

Fantastic app but stopped working. Since fb business page doesn't send notifications for customer messages, I needed to find an outside app that would give me notify me. Unfortunately after the last release (I think it was the last one) it stopped working even after signing out and reinstalling. Luckily the desktop version still works though. Hopefully this bug can be fixed soon.

Please, can you submit a ticket with this issue to our support? That can be done through the desktop version of the website. That will greatly help us in this case.

It's quite good and seamless. I would have given 4 star if your trial was not limited to certain features eg, sending bulk message/ template messaging. You could have set at least 200 messages/ outbound on trial. Your help center doesn't consider some small issues, one has to struggle to navigate through. Lastly, I am struggling to add other team members despite having sent invite link and them having sighed up to Manychat. The system only added one team member. Quite frustrating.
