App is missing a lot of things. You only have chat inbox, but you do not have email inbox. You have very limited pipeline options. It misses some basic things. Kommo from web browser is amazing on PC, from phone app, a lot of things I cannot so. App need a lot of improvment. Good thing is that it wokrs fine without bugs for limited feature that are avaible.

The app is very useful for managing sales pipelines and has several useful integrations that can help a bunch in day-to-day actions. Specifically, the Whatsapp Business integration is a big time-saver and the general interface is clean and intuitive. Also, the new Knowledge Base is really good, I can find anything I need quite fast.

Very useful CRM for managing leads, conversations, and daily tasks. Easy to navigate and makes our workflow much more organized!
