Ratings and reviews

Easy to navigate across different departments. Also includes several photos of individual clothing items, showing different angles and colours. It also provides suggestions for other items to complete an outfit, e.g. if you are choosing a top, it may suggest trousers or a skirt. A message is displayed if stock is low for a particular item. Option to search stock availability in a local store. Easy to pay and choice of home delivery or click and collect.

Very easy to use,browsing is simple, and the layout is lovely and clear. You can make purchases very quickly and easy, you're also able to select next day collection, which is fantastic. My only feedback would be that it should also display the cost of items in your wishlist. So you don't have to click into it before adding to your basket. Great quality always! Love M&S.

The app is very easy to navigate in search of any particular item n size. All my orders can be tracked as to when delivery is imminent. Sparks offers can be viewed daily to benefit from discounts on clothing n homewards when available.. I love the fashion trends on the app at the moment... it is my go to app immediately when I need any clothing in a hurry as delivery is within 2 to 3 days..
