unfortunately I didn't receive my goods, while their delivery mentioned " delivered" , I kept calling them 4 times and they called me 3 times and till now they didn't sort out my issue. there is no comparison between them and Amazon, in similar case, amazon returned my money, and told me to keep the goods till picked up again. I don't recommend to deal with this application and I will cancel my account forever.

"My experience with the Namshi app and its service has been disappointing. Lost Order & Slow Refund: My order was lost, and the subsequent refund process has been unacceptably delayed. Poor Customer Service: The customer service team has been unresponsive and has failed to provide clear or helpful updates regarding my issue/case. I strongly advise against using this app unless you choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option to ensure you only pay upon receipt of your item."

my experience with the ordering, payment, delivery and return has been great. but I hate how they mostly never mention the composition and exact fabrics or material of their products. I'm not gonna order something just based on how it looks on pictures.
