they had a breach which as a result, changed the prices on the app into lower ones. of course, if one has their cards saved, remove it immediately. we got so excited for a good promo for a change, only to discover its a breach. I'd avoid dealing with Namshi from this point onwards. also the call center kept giving contradicting statements during it all.

Return&Exchange Its so difficult to raise a return request. I selected exchange errornessly for a return and their system, did not allow to change....I did on 4th may today its 5th may and still its not allowing. had I known its such a stress to return, I wouldn't shop via Namshi Noon is much better, and has almost all items under super mall, returns are also super easy

The application goes blank many a times when opened and remains like that. Few weeks back I had to uninstall and reinstall because of this issue. This time again its happening.
