They don't post complete information.. I bought a product and there I had 200 aed cash back the product was expensive, I thought the cashback will be on card but no email nothing was provided regarding cashback, I left country for two months n then when I called them to check about it I came to know it has 2 months validity n it's expired.. There was no single communication regarding the cashback from namshi.

Hala, cashback is valid for a limited period, and its expiry date is clearly displayed in your Namshi Wallet. You can easily check and track your cashback by logging into your Namshi account and visiting the Namshi Wallet section.

application will make things look very easy especially when ordering. but when it comes to delivery problem starts here the address that you save and where you are located made conflict the courier insists on changing address but this option is not possible on customer side end once the order is dispached for delivery. the courier are not so cooperative same as customer service call center kept saying wait for the courier to change it on system. what is the courier does not change it. stressful

Bad experience. I submitted order yesterday as gift for someone birthday today. but when I checked the order status today, it marked as cancelled in the application without any notification. They cancelled my order without informing me even i paid alreday and recived confirm.When I contacted customer service they simply said they couldn't do anything because the item was now out of stock. To make matters worse, they told me there was no option to submit a complaint. This was very disappointing.
