Bad experience. I submitted order yesterday as gift for someone birthday today. but when I checked the order status today, it marked as cancelled in the application without any notification. They cancelled my order without informing me even i paid alreday and recived confirm.When I contacted customer service they simply said they couldn't do anything because the item was now out of stock. To make matters worse, they told me there was no option to submit a complaint. This was very disappointing.

I ordered a Goorin Bros cap from the Namshi app for 200 AED, expecting an authentic premium product. Unfortunately, after just a few months of light use, the cap started developing white marks and the leather material began to deteriorate. This is very disappointing for such an expensive item. It makes me question whether the product is genuine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying premium products from Namshi. I expected much better quality and durability.

they had a breach which as a result, changed the prices on the app into lower ones. of course, if one has their cards saved, remove it immediately. we got so excited for a good promo for a change, only to discover its a breach. I'd avoid dealing with Namshi from this point onwards. also the call center kept giving contradicting statements during it all.
