The app works well, but the service itself is not worth the price. Ingredients (when you get all of them) are not always pre measured and recipes that only require "pantry staples" ask for specific things like specialty vinegar or require tools that are not common (who has an immersion blender). It's the highest priced meal kit service but you can get very similar recipes with the same fresh ingredients from Everyplate and Hello Fresh. I would not recommend.

Quality of the food, selection & recipes is great, & this is the best replacement of Plated that I've found, however I have issues on about 30% of boxes and have been using almost weekly since Feb. With covid, the customer service has become very delayed and they will not refund whole meals like Plated did. I received ground beef instead of steak, and only got a partial credit. I've stuck with them as I really enjoy the prep aspect of this service compared to others, but be ready to make swaps.

For the past 6 months, I have only been able to log in from my browser but not the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, quadruple checked that I am using the same username and password, and have contacted customer support 3 times. No one was able to help me. They would respond once but would never follow up when I told them what they suggested did not work. I finally ended my subscription and deleted the app. So frustrating!
