I am changing my review to 1 star from 5 star because of service and delay in my order. I preordered a PS5 game on 6th May...and still not delivered. Every week they inform they will deliver in few days but still I am waiting and it will be almost one month now. Extremely disappointing. I just want to cancel my order now. The game is already available in all markets but La3eb still struggling with the stocks! The game is already in stock in their app.

Very Bad Customer Service They promise you Meza rewards but they gave 129 instead of 150. I have been telling them for over 1 MONTH about it. But their customer service only gives an automated response of 'we may delay due to huge number of messages'. Then, without solving the issue, they want an evaluation. I tried contacting them again and again but its the same. Someone even called me after my 1 star review and told me he will get this issue fixed but he didnt do anything. Uninstalled....
