Ratings and reviews

The app is very poorly programmed by an amateur! Every time I open it I keep getting constant prompts to review my last refueling or car wash experience, I keep submitting a review then another popup comes on and on again until suddenly it would just disappear. Also, since the last 2 updates, when you click on Car wash then tap the drop down arrow to select which kind of car wash you want, nothing happens, you need to keep trying endlessly until you get lucky and the options are revealed.

Very bad experience. The place order button is disabled on the app. What's the point of having money in the wallet if you cannot use it. Even to add a payment card, the app freezes and can't proceed. Custom service ask me to shake the phone to raise a ticket to the technical team.

I was using this app, and everything was fine and happy with the service provided. But, after updating the app, they started to charge AED 189 upon the start of the order, claiming that the remaining balance would be refunded immediately after two days the customer service said that it would take around one week to refund the balance amount. I believed in that and ordered my second refill. The same things happened. I did not receive my remaining balance. Now I have stopped using this service.

1. You can now add a tyre pressure top-up when you order fuel delivery. Just enable the toggle at checkout, and our pilot will take care of it while re-fueling your vehicle.
