Ratings and reviews

The worst app ever after the last update. Trying to register and it tells me invalid NIN or Passport number. Effort to get help from customer care is futile. I had to just close my account, coz I can't entrust my money in an app with bugs that can't be fixed! Finally the invalid NIN issues is resolved after backend NIN info matched the front-end, now you deserve a four start, thank you for heeding to customer complaints

I think this app is limited to specific people because when I try to log in it brings invalid user ID or number and as if the customer care staff are incompetent coz they keep telling we shall handle within 24hrs and nothing is done.

Either the developers or the customer just needed to have an app and nothing more. The user interface is way too fake and more stressing than me boarding the car to travel a day's journey. Guess what it never works either. Customer services has been another pain to deal with. Honest advice... Don't open that account. PS: can one give no star at all? 🤔
