I have the worst experience using this useless app which is known as the Bangladesh special branch's official app. I reported the same issue twice, yet, when I entered to check the report status, it was showing pending. It is a shame on them that they could not be able satisfy their users :(

App isn't working. I'm trying from almost 2 days. It shows the opening interface only.

best app, but needs changes in UI model, in this generation everyone likes dynamic. and easy to use
