Let's forget about the glitches in the app, that seems to have been worked on. This started out well now they won't increase days in which the loan is to be paid back (still at 8days after four timely payments). The amount to be loaned after K750 despite paying on time and receiving sms messages from the company saying that I qualify for a much higher amount still won't be increased. It's basically like parting away with K200 every week, it's worse than going to a loan shark. Disappointing.

Your customer service is a masterclass in avoidance. You won’t pick up calls, and on the rare chance you do, you cut the line. I’m trying to request a loan extension, but of course that feature on the app is conveniently broken. Meanwhile, you dodge every call as if you’ve developed a phobia for them—or maybe you’re just having a great time piling on daily overdue charges. Truly, what a reptilian way to run a business.

The app is great, quick response, Major problems, interest rates just huge, false messages which doesn't apply, days of payments too short, messages of intimidations from your agents which makes your clients uncomfortable. We get loans knowingly that it's must we have to pay back. Lastly penalty fee mmmm kindly look into that and be fair. Thank you. Keep it up.
