Ratings and reviews

They fool customers by showing higher prices on their app and during pickup of the device, they tell customers there are problems with the device even though there are not any problems with the device and cuts the price to more than half of the actual price shown on the app. They do this purposely to somehow how they can get the device for cheap. Very bad experience 😡🤬. Suggestion - Never agree with them to come far from your pickup location. Actually I want give zero star but no option.

Worst Experience Ever. The pickup guy asked me to come 1 km away from my location to which I agreed. Then when I got there, he kept me waiting for 20 minutes and after that again asked me to come 2km further. When I denied, he cancelled the pickup. I contacted the service center but they were unwilling to do anything. Choose Cashify anytime over this.

Extremely Unprofessional, the pickup agent was having no experience, they come to check the product then deducts money for small issues not even mentioned in their tems and condition clause. NEVER USE THIS. They will never give you the amount that is shown in the order page, generally deducts using non-technical issues not even mentioned in app.
