Access Bank is an absolute corporate banking nightmare. Their internet banking is a constant source of errors, the customer service is nonexistent, and their corporate VISA cards are completely unreliable for online payments. Avoid them at all costs.

How do you introduce an app which doesn't work?Access has failed us. opting to leave this bank for another serious Bank.Its too expensive to be traveling to town just to access a BS especially for us who work from remote areas,the birth of the app really helped...but now all these Technical issues are making us leave this bank. thank you
