The product I got isn't even in the list, and auto scan finds nothing. I've entered my wifi password 6 times, and had to create an email account for a LIGHT BULB. sorry guys but this wasn't ready to ship. Don't buy it if you're standing in the shop 🤨

Used this app with the smart scale. The app is unpolished and works poorly. There are occasional typos and wrong labels on buttons. The charts don't show properly so I can't see my weight loss progress. The UI design is confusing.

An absolute nightmare to navigate and barely functions. Such limited functionality with poor UI/UX makes it an utter waste of time and money to purchase their "smart" products. An tremendous disappointment that infuriates. Hard to imagine such a big brand asking high prices would disrespect their customers like this. Please stay away from this mess to save you some sanity.
