The back button on the navigation bar does not work with this app, makes it hard when you only have one hand available. I can't sort by location, which would be very useful. This was an option before the fancy update. Randomly just doesn't respond. I'm connected to good wifi, but I have to switch to data. Or now I'm on data and I have to switch back to wifi for the app to respond. The app signs me out but I keep getting notifications, I have to sign back in and then hit log out

Literally the worst app I've ever used. Changed from wifi to lte? You have to close and reboot. 2/3 of my time interacting with the application is attempting to get it to work. It doesn't load well, if it does. The alerts function is broken, I can be logged out and still receive alerts, which in order to view, I have to log back in. Even logging in is an ordeal of its own. Loading work orders is a crapshoot whether you actually can with its details and memo. Hopefully switching to another soon.

16 years of broken software equates to HotSOS. In it's long life, it's only had three title updates. It tries to push updates via internal software, instead of using Google Play so you constantly get "update application" forever. Not only that but considering it constantly logs off and sends orders to your device regardless if you are logged in or not, the only way to stop it is to "Force Stop" in settings. Overall for as much money as it costs, I expect better. Biometric log in would save time.
