The app has some inaccuracies in terms if locations on the map, but that's understandable. Is something being done about the fact the price indicated at the end of the trip is a lot more than the initialestimated price? The attitude of some drivers when they decide to use the route they know, which turns out to be longer, even if the app suggests something else. Doesn't make sense to me. And the customer service so far has been disappointing.

We're always looking to improve your experience, however we shall look into this.
Please keep in mind that you as the customer have the right to tell the driver which route to take and as far as the estimate goes, the price varies depending on the route taken.

Pros: This a great app for booking a taxi with a fair and metered rate. I'd give it a 5 out of 5 just for that. Cons: Pre-bookings dont show where you driver is. ETA of driver of booking is just a countdown that doesn't account for whether or not the driver is niving towards you. As a customer, i dont have the option of cancelling a ride once I'm picked up. Just the other day, my driver got flagged down by the Police, had to wait 20 minutes and i was charged for the time.

Ulendo started very well, lately its disheartening because your drivers want to take the long route to increase the charge. Can there be a fixed price because I believe your app is able to get the exact kilometers of the destination...i always end up paying more from what the order said. And you have to wait for a very long time for a driver to come through.
