I installed the app and subscribed to the one month premium for better feature. My phone crashed and now that I reinstalled the app, the subscription is gone. Just like that 🙄 That's nonsense

The worst app I have seen... I have subscribed it's perimium pack of 190 so I can use more features but I have. Waste my money and no more features of premium is unlocked. It's very irritating. It's disappointed me 🥲

I opt for 3Days trial version and one month subscription but I changed my mind and unsubscribe with in trial period, but my account got debited for one month subscription fee whereas I don't have subscription
