I downloaded this app as a quick and easy way to search for and purchase domains when ideas hit. However just going to the website is more reliable and less frustrating. This app is broken more often then not. Today domain search isn't working, before that payments were broken, before that login was broken. It's always something. This should be the simplest, most straightforward app, but the UI is total nonsense and it's always broken in one or more ways. Just pull the app, Namecheap.

I try to add 10 years to my domain, but I constantly get this error "The total amount of your purchase is not confirmed. Please wait or go back and open this page again". Nothing I do seems to work. Additionally, adding 10 years (one decade) doesn't seem to even be an option on the actual (mobile, at least) website. I logged on with my computer and everything was fine.

Cheapest Website Domain Platform & THE BEST Customer Service I've ever experienced in my life!!! I love their easy access to a chatbot, I prefer them over sifting through help articles. They pass yiu off to a live agent instabtky if need be! I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS APP! I hate how they send you a confirmation email to login! I've tried 12x to copy & paste my code but evry time I come back to the app it resets & I have to re enter everything to retry. Ive NEVER been able to use it. 😂
