Ratings and reviews

App needs "favorite location" feature (especially since the big red button to connect to a random server rarely works). Aside from that, the protocol used is a bit dated (now that the service it's built on top of employs the faster "Lightway" protocol), and a number of services do not work with it–namely Netflix. BUT, on the whole, it's not a bad VPN service. It's cheap, it works most of the time... I just wish they'd update things to add favorite location and work on increasing speed. 🙏

it was working great until recently where an update broke it and it is now requiring that you log in ever time you want to use it. this is an inconvenience and support told me there is no eta for the fix. disappointed. trying to get my money back. i just used it like a month and a half. to have this issue I can try one of the free ones. once they fix this issue i think it is a good product.

It used to be good. Now it's garbage. Nothing works. Google search doesn't work. I have to disconnect everytime to use Google. My Android is 13. Everything is upto date. I contacted support they couldn't solve and one agent hung up on me, one agent took half an hour just to say to submit a ticket. Even tho they have a 30 day refund gauruntee they won't refund me. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this
