Everything worked fine the last time I had a subscription. Unfortunately, after paying for an entire year of service, I can't even get the application to work half of the time. Will not run in the background, even after adjusting my settings on my device, and refuses to connect the VPN. I have to force the application to close, and reopen it multiple times and it still feels slow and buggy. I feel slighted, and certainly won't be back unless this is rectified. Namecheap, you should be ashamed.
