We've been using it for 9 months... While the camera stream (usually) works, it sometimes won't load unless I close and reopen the app. I refuse to believe the temperature sensor, as my wife and I have had different values simultaneously on each other's devices, all while our nest is consistently about 4+ degrees lower at all times. The app runs in the background regardless of the camera bring on. I also get notifications about noise when the camera is off.

I love the quality of the camera and all the extra features like the light, sounds and speaker options, but I don't like that you have to pay for an extra subscription for options that should automatically be granted like memories or adding more than 2 family members since the price of the original camera is already pretty high. I think the company that makes/sells the camera should pay the app people some of what they already charge.

It's good in general but it disconnects all the time and the only way to reset is to go into the nursery and unplug and plug back in. Not great when your baby is sleeping. Very frustrating. They really need to work on connectivity. Oh, and I know they say "check your network and WiFi"...yeah it's fine. I have gig speed and nothing else has issues staying connected.
