Everytime I sign in I have trouble getting it to log in and never remembers my info. when I try to update my schedule it won't show. Promotions is both under schedule and promos. gives me multiple error messages. I can't even go to inquiry to report it because that tab doesn't work either. There's nothing useful or productive I can do on the app. I don't even know how to contact somebody outside of the app to get it fixed! Been suspended three times for inability to login and teach! PLEASE HELP

It's over a week now since I submitted speed test as requested for the reactivation of my tutor account. I didn't get any reply and my account is still deactivated for more than 1 week. This is absolutely ridiculous . For the past 2 years, my account has never been deactivated because my internet has never been bad. This is so terrible. Everyday you have new updates and updates and requirements for the teachers but your customer service is getting worse. You don't even care about the teachers

Please update the app, it's very buggy and glitchy and it's barely usable. Half of the buttons won't even press and the ones that press give a loading screen that lasts way too long, even with a good internet connection.
