I paid for a one-year subscription, but after a short break from using the app, it no longer recognizes my subscription and asks me to pay again. I contacted support and provided proof of payment as requested, but I am still waiting for a solution. This is very disappointing, especially because the same issue happened before and was resolved quickly. A paid subscription should be recognized without forcing users to prove their payment repeatedly. I hope this will be fixed soon.

App is a scam. I made a payment, but the money was taken from my bank account twice. I requested a refund through my bank, and even after the money was returned, the app took the payment again. Despite taking my money, the app still does not allow me to use the service and keeps askings another payment. This is completely unacceptable. I have already paid twice, and you have taken the money again, but I still cannot access the service. I want my money refunded.

--I did what you told me. It didn't work. -- Please fix the bugs in the Words section. Why does the 'Word section' keep asking me to learn words that are very simple and common, such as "and, look, name, without, ago, someone, few, under, also" etc.? The worst part is that even if I learned or practiced those words for a week, the app never tells me that I have learned x number of words; instead, it continues to say that I am learning those words.
