hello, I have my subscription active but the app doesn't recognize it, I already uninstalled the app, I cleaned caché, I asked to support and also sent an email, but I haven't got any solution, I need that support contact me to fix this issue, I haven't been able to use the app and I paid for it. Please contact me or then I request a refund. I have been waiting for days for it.

I’m trying to log into the app, but it’s not working. It asks me to enter my email, I do that, then I get a link in my inbox. When I click the link, it asks me to enter my email again, and it just keeps looping like that. I can’t log in.
