I switched phones and despite having an active subscription, I haven't been able to activate it on the new device. I've tried contacting support by sending several emails, but no one replies. It's very frustrating. Additionally, when I submit feedback about problems I'm having within the app, I don't receive any comments either.

I think it's so early to give a review now. but it looks like very interesting sofar. I am excited to learn new words and new topics. The right pronunciation is real matter. most of us that time people asking me what do you say could you please tell me one more time. I think I can speak fluently confidently after finishing the this course. the world is changing so fast and learning good English is a need of the time. The questions ask to join in this course are genuine.

No customer service, my app didn't updated so I reinstalled it then I didn't get the full access even I paid the subscription. I sent message to the customer service for help but no reply, no fix up. I subscribed it for two years already, feel upset for the situation 😕
