My verification was rejected because of a fault WITH YOUR APP. It was saying camera blurry when nothing is wrong with my camera. After some trials, it says verification rejected because time has elapsed. It's been over 10 months now and KYC is still not available. When is it going to be available? And that your APP will FUNCTION PROPERLY during the KYC process.

I was trying to withdraw but no email verification code was sent and I have tapped send button for hours no verification email code sent please fix this then I will give better rating
