This app let you record videos with the screen off.
Some times you need to record long videos and saving battery is important.

Used this to record a DV situation and help a friend get out of it. Here's what I learned about the app: 1: the app will run until your auto lock turns on, then it will stop recording and you'll have to activate it again (this can be subverted with an app that keeps your screen on longer). 2: If you manually lock your screen while it is set to record then it will corrupt the file and not record. 3: it has multiple ads but they're easily skipped It's a good app for the most part.

I installed it and tested it right away but did not see any sign that it recorded and I un-installed it, only to find the video in my phone later. I'm re installing it right away.

The app no longer records secretly. The black screen now has words on it showing that it's recording. the app is no longer useful for having a black screen as it was originally intended

Several ANRs have been fixed. The SDK has been updated to version 35.
