I’m really disappointed with the PayLater app. It’s been over a month since I tried to complete my KYC, yet there has been no proper response from their side. Every time I reach out, I only get scripted replies asking for my details again, followed by the same line: “Your account is under KYC.” Even after escalating the issue more than 20 times, nothing has moved forward. Honestly, this has been one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve come across. I strongly do not recommend this app

Is one of the most disappointing services I’ve ever dealt with. They completely misjudge their clients and make you feel like you are asking for something huge when in reality their services are extremely limited. They require to submit very confidential documents, almost like applying for a bank loan – just for very small and basic services. The process is slow, frustrating, and in no way customer-friendly.
