App is largely good, especially since the standby feature was added. Yes it redirects to the website to checkout, but that works seamlessly for me at least. I just wish the delivery "promises" in the shop section of the app, e.g. "order by 7pm and get it tomorrow" were accurate - I don't think I've ever had an order delivered on time, it's always at least a day later than what it says. If you know the expected date you can plan, but it seems totally random as to when they feel like dispatching.

app works most of time problem seem to be bit hit and miss with pickup and delivery. why can you not ring majestic wines ask them to order what you require then you pick up order and return empty at same time win win everyone get what they want instead of having to take what store has in stock.

Got to say, now that I have switched to the pro machine, I finally love getting perfect pints at home. Also, whilst I was always a bit dubious about the use by dates when buying direct, I now have a local place I can pick up as many kegs as I like as they are all in date until the end of June next year. This may not be important to some, but I like to carry a small stock myself without having to worry about using it in a certain time.
