Ratings and reviews

This is the second time in a row that I have not got the complete order as some items are missing. Never used to happen before. If I didn't check the items, I would never know some items are being missed. Not sure what Pet Shop is upto stealing money from their customers. 🤔 Online app is also very slow to navigate and not updated most times for items that are out of stock as they show in stock, money is taken and then I am told they are out of stock so either refund or use the amount later.

Navigation is quite tough on the app. Navigating between options like selecting something, going back or even removing something from the cart is VERY SLOW. It's also annoying when you're going through a filtered selection- when you enter a product and try to go back to your filtered selection, it takes you all the way back to the home page. Please fix your app. Edit: that was in 2022, and now in 2024, the app is still as bad and crashes often

Very slow navigation, every step takes 2-3 mins sometimes longer. Transaction takes forever to complete.
