Rubbish app. I always order more items and the system deletes them when processing. Also the search function does not work properly and it is very frustrating. I am already looking at other supermarkets.

Usability is very poor. Hard to navigate, no way to go directly to categories. Feels slow and sluggish. Search is also u usage. In general impossible to discover or find anything

Please be aware, Waitrose does not issue refund when goods are unavailable. They try to force you to accept the substitution and if you refuse, then calling police is the only way to get your money back!
