Ratings and reviews

I accidentally paid a couple more times, and I sent them 2 emails asking for refunds for the extra 2 payments. But no one has replied to my emails. I had paid for the basic plan and then decided to purchase the pro plan. I clicked upgrade and thought I was paying for it. But apparently, I just paid for the basic again. I went back to the main page to rescan, and when I got the results, it was asking me to upgrade to delete everything. They are not professional at all.

The main function of the app, to clean the cache, is locked behind a subscription. They tell you this is some kind of "pro" feature, but it's listed as one of the main things it does in the description. It only tells you that it's locked behind a subscription after you give it all the system permissions, shows you ads, and scans all your files.

Support either unresponsive or overwhelmed. I have one ticket open for a billing issue and a contact that they have yet to respond to concerning a serious issue occurring in the app. Sleep Mode has become pretty much useless as it will only close two or three or four apps at a time. Unless this is addressed I will not be renewing my paid subscription.
