This app and website is incredibly frustrating to deal with. On top of many of the random technical issues people describe here, you also can't cancel your subscription online, you have to email them. They are happy to take your money online though. The website and subscription emails don't make this clear. Recommend finding another way to consume your basketball. 👎👎👎👎

Still an awful user experience. Login often fails without explanation (even for a paid plan!). The UI is very confusing - there are games on you know are there but it's matter of searching categories to find if it's a participation game, a pre-qualified, the particular tournament. Searching for the particular team you follow doesn't always yield results even though they have a game on... Why is it a year later and the same issues exist. Hire some designers & prioritize UX & stability!

Is the worst platform I've ever seen. I paid for the full world cup pass. Then it turns out that to watch the game recaps you need the annual pass!!! 40€ more, It's insane, never seen such a scam. And the platfom itself is horrible sometimes it turns off, in some games it blacked out at the end of the game and you couldn't watch the final.... I want my money back
