Ratings and reviews

I cannot submit a team. I've picked a team several times over the last two weeks and whenever I try to submit it, I get "oops, sorry - it looks like something went wrong and we are having trouble loading this screen." I have tried clicking reload but the same message comes up every time. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same problem persists. This app and VAR - You're not great with technology are you PL!!

For very weird reasons I've not been getting push notifications on my phone even though I've ensured the Notifications are ON both in the app settings and on my phone. And for every update that comes, I think the issue will be resolved but it's just another waste of data on my end. I'm using an Android 13 and I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this. This all began with the merging of the PL app with Microsoft. Kindly fix up this issue cos it's making me miss out on very important updates.

The changes to the app are terrible. It was never a world-class experience, but the changes implemented this year are just atrocious. It constantly times out on my phone and on PC. The search features are not user friendly and it's very convoluted. It feels like someone let their 12 year old copy over info from multiple sources and toss it into one space. If there was a viable alternative I'd pick that every day.
